Liability

8.1 More Leg will provide Services with reasonable skill and care.

8.3 More Leg’s liability for any claim arising from the provision of Services is limited to the amount of fees paid by the User, if any.

8.4 More Leg is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the provision of Services.

Dispute Resolution

9.1 Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through negotiation in good faith.

9.2 If negotiation fails, the dispute will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as agreed by both parties.

9.3 All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Orange County, Florida.

Governing Law

10.1 These Terms and the Agreement are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Amendments

11.1 More Leg reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.

11.2 Changes are effective upon posting on the Website and will include a revised “Last Updated” date.

Miscellaneous

12.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12.2 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and More Leg, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
